These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Personal Mission Manager ("PMM", "we", "our", "us"). By using PMM, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PMM.

2. Service Description

PMM provides tools for mission and productivity management. Outputs, automations, and integrations are provided for convenience and must be reviewed by you before reliance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, and all activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PMM, violate laws, infringe rights, reverse engineer unauthorized parts of the service, or interfere with service operation.

5. Third-Party Services

PMM may integrate with third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, performance, or data handling practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PMM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMM and its owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or interruption, arising out of or related to use of PMM.

You acknowledge and agree that use of PMM is at your own risk and that you remain solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes based on service outputs.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PMM and its owner from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of PMM, your content, or violation of these Terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where PMM is operated, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance.
